Dr. Norma Lopez-Harris

Dr. Norma Lopez Harris was elected to the TSC Board of Trustees in June 2024 and was elected Board Secretary in July 2024.

She was born in Crosbyton, Texas, one of seven siblings. Growing up in Brownsville, Texas, she graduated from Gladys Porter High School and joined six of her siblings in graduating from Texas Southmost College. She went on to earn a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Texas Austin, and, upon graduation, returned to her hometown to serve as a pharmacist, where she has practiced for more than 15 years.

Dr. Lopez Harris and her husband are members of Our Heavenly Father Catholic Church, where she sings in the choir. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their extended family.
