Accessibility Resources

Texas Southmost College (TSC) offers a range of services through its Student Accessibility Resources office to support students’ personal and academic growth. Here are some of the key services provided in our Accessibility Services Resources.

Accessibility Services

  • Accommodations Services: Support for students needing accommodations for learning, physical, developmental, mental, and emotional needs. This includes reasonable accommodations to ensure access to all courses, programs, services, jobs, activities, and facilities.
  • Crisis Resources: Immediate support for students in crisis, including referrals to local mental health authorities and emergency services.

The Office of Counseling and Student Accessibility Resources provides learning, physical, developmental, mental, and emotional disabilities services. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, a person has a disability if he or she has a physical or mental impairment that limits one or more major life activities. TSC provides reasonable accommodations to ensure access to all courses, programs, services, jobs, activities, and facilities.
