The mission of the Office of Civility is to provide guidance to the Texas Southmost College community regarding TSC protocol. In addition, the office assists and counsels students in resolving conflicts in a way that facilitates individual responsibility, contributes to their maturation, and promotes the development of self-advocacy skills.

Student Conduct Administration
The student conduct system supports a safe and supportive learning environment by enforcing community standards for behavior, assisting students in understanding and accepting their obligations as citizens of an academic community, and encouraging integrity, accountability, and responsible decision-making.
The Associate Vice President of Student Services has primary authority and responsibility for the administration of student discipline.
