The Transition Services office mission is to provide a place to connect college access partners, high school counselors, college advisors, and educators interested in college access. Resources are provided to help inform the community about upcoming events, news, and updates from the Office of Transition Services. Working together, the goal of the office is to to help students successfully navigate the transition into college.
