Program Description
Structural Welding- Flux Core Arc Welding
This introductory program is designed to meet industry standard welding techniques using the following processes: Oxy-Fuel Cutting (OFC), Air Carbon Arc Gouging (ACAG), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) fillet and grooves in all positions with & without Backing Bar in accordance with AWS D1.1, and various joint designs. Upon completion of the course, students will have the opportunity to earn an Occupational Skill Award and an OSHA 10-hour Certification.

Structural Welding – Shielded Metal Arc Welding
This introductory program is designed to meet industry standard welding techniques using the following processes: Shielded
Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Oxy-Fuel Cutting (OFC), Air Carbon Arc Gouging (ACAG), SMAW fillet and grooves in all
positions with & without Backing Bar in accordance to AWS D1.1, and various joint designs. Upon completion of the course, students will have the opportunity to earn an Occupational Skill Award, and an OSHA 10-hour certification

- TSC Certificate of Completion
- Occupational Skills Award. OSAs emphasize practical, hands-on training aligned with industry standards to ensure relevance and value in the job market.
