Course Description

This training program will prepare students to operate a forklift in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety standards. This program has been designed to deliver the skills necessary to enter the workforce quickly. Forklift Operators will be in great demand in the Rio Grande Valley over the next several years. This training program will prepare students to operate a forklift in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety standards. Upon completion of the program, students completing this program will be OSHSA Certified. This 20-hour program has been designed to deliver the skills necessary to enter the workforce quickly.

Upon completion of the program, students will have the opportunity to receive:

• Receive a TSC Certificate of Completion
• Forklift Operator license
• Occupational Skills Award. OSAs emphasize practical, hands-on training aligned with industry standards to ensure relevance and value in the job market.
