Substitute Teacher
Course Description
Students will gain the skills needed to become a certified Substitute Teacher. They will learn to identify student needs,
modify behavior, manage classrooms, use teaching methodologies, foster relationships with school personnel, understand mandated state standards, and comprehend student growth and development.
Upon completion of the program, students will have the opportunity to receive:
- TSC Certificate of Completion
- Occupational Skills Award. OSAs emphasize practical, hands-on training aligned with industry standards to ensure relevance and value in the job market.
