Official Texas Southmost College Transcripts
Official electronic transcripts and mailing transcripts are now being requested through National Student Clearing House by clicking the link below:
Official TSC transcripts may take between 1-2 business days to be processed.
Students who attended Texas Southmost College before the summer of 1991 may require extra time to receive their transcripts.

The delivery time will vary based on the selected delivery method.
Please be aware that Expedited transcripts cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box and will be automatically cancelled. Expedited requests received during non-business hours and after 2 pm of a business day are processed on the next business day after the requested date.
Unofficial Transcripts
An unofficial transcript is not an acceptable authorized document; it is primarily used for students viewing their semester information and grades.
Unofficial transcripts are available through TSC Self-Service. If the student cannot access the TSC Self-Service Platform, they may contact the Admissions and Records Department.

Official Transcript Processing Time
We do not guarantee same-day service for either mail, electronic or expedited delivery method orders. Transcripts are processed in the order they are received.
If you are taking classes and want to receive a transcript reflecting final current semester grades. Please select the option that awaits “Posting of Grades” or “Posting of Degree Notation”, one selection per request.
Please be aware that requests may require extended processing time if made throughout the holiday season.

UTB-TSC Partnership
Students awarded certificates and Associate Degrees under the UTB-TSC partnership may request an official TSC transcript.Some courses taken under the University of Texas at Brownsville will not reflect on the Texas Southmost College Transcript. To request these records, please contact UT Rio Grande Valley.

Official TSC Transcripts are no longer withheld due to pending holds. However, an automated message will be issued if there are any current holds within your account. Is there a way to check the status or confirm that my transcript request is being processed?
Yes, you can check the status of your transcript request through the National Student Clearinghouse website by going to “Track Transcript Order Status” and entering your order number and email address used when placing the order; this will show you the current processing status of your request.
What type of transcript should I order?
Students have three options for ordering their transcripts through National Student Clearinghouse:
Complete/All: For individuals who have taken both Continuing Education and Undergraduate coursework.
Continuing Education: For individuals who have taken WTCE (Workforce and Technical Career Education) or Continuing Education courses.
Undergraduate: For individuals who have taken Undergraduate coursework.
Who should I contact if I notice an error or have concerns about my transcript?

Is it possible to have my transcripts sent to someone else on my behalf?
You can send your transcripts to another recipient by selecting one of the available options. If you choose “Employer” or “Other,” you will have the opportunity to provide the recipient’s name.
I need to send my transcript to an application service, and they require a matching form, how can I make sure that the form is included alongside my transcript upon delivery?
You can upload a document along with your transcripts by selecting the “Upload Attachment” option to add any necessary documents.
Is there anything I can do to have the transcript process expedited?
Yes, you can expedite transcripts for an additional fee through National Clearinghouse; however, this option is only available for mail delivery.
How long will it take for a refund to take place if I cancel a request, or I received a notification that my request could not be fulfilled?
You will not be charged until your request is fulfilled. While you shouldn’t see a charge until your transcripts are sent to the recipient, a pending charge may appear on your account. If you choose to cancel your request or if you are notified your request cannot be fulfilled, please allow 48 to 72 hours for your refund to be processed.
If I complete continuing education courses, will I be able to receive my transcript if I request it through National Student Clearinghouse?
Yes, there is an option for students who have taken Continuing Education courses to request their transcripts.
I attended TSC as a Dual-Enrollment student, do I have to make a different request or is this the correct platform?
Current and former Dual Enrollment students will be using the same request process through the National Student Clearinghouse website
