Welcome to the Automotive Technology program!

Mission & Goals

The Automotive Technology Program prepares students for positions in the automotive industry by providing hands-on training specializing in auto-mechanic practices, equipment and tools, vehicle subsystems, auto-mechanic maintenance, and professional responsibility. The program offers a certificate and an associate degree that prepare graduates to enter the automotive industry as a C maintenance and B level technician.

Program Overview

  1. Students of the Automotive Technology program will demonstrate their abilities to diagnose and repair any concern in the different automotive areas.
  2. Students of the Automotive Technology program will demonstrate and understand safety procedures, professional and responsible work practices.
  3. Students of the Automotive Technology program will show the proper use of shop equipment and tools.
