Last week, our soccer coaching staff had the opportunity to attend the United Soccer Coaches Convention.

Men’s Head Coach Mario Zamora and Women’s Head Coach Jesus Villarreal represented TSC at the United Soccer Coaches Convention in Philadelphia, where they learned from some of the ...world’s top minds in the game. From Roberto Martínez, head coach of Portugal, to leaders shaping the future of women’s soccer like Dr. Vanessa Martínez Lagunas and Andrea Rodebaugh, our coaches gained invaluable insight from elite directors and coaches.

The convention focused on coaching dynamics, modern goalkeeping, evolving trends in the game, player development, and advancing coaching and analysis through the women’s lens. This experience strengthens our commitment to excellence and ensures our Athletics program continues to grow, compete, and succeed at the highest level.

🎶 The day kicked off with the Battle by the Rio student duo competition, followed by a full lineup of talented conjunto artists on the ...South Lawn. Guests also enjoyed local vendors, a beer garden, fireworks, and a special appearance by Sunny Sauceda. 🎤 The night concluded with an exciting performance by headliner Michael Salgado. ⭐
