Construction Technology

The Construction Technology certificates teaches students the skills needed to enter the workforce of residential construction and repair as an entry-level building construction craftsperson. The two-semester program offers classroom and laboratory work with state-of-the art equipment and instructors that are highly experienced in the trade.

Upon completion of the Construction Technology program, students have the skills, knowledge and work attitude needed to successfully enter one of the fastest growing job markets in the nation: residential construction.

This degree plan is designed for students who seek jobs in management and supervisory positions in the field of
construction and other related industries. Students are prepared to enter the competitive construction job market as
assistant superintendents, cost estimators, and construction schedulers. Program graduates are capable of building
structures and managing construction processes.
