TSC Spring Commencement Celebrates Graduates, Including Dual-Credit Trailblazers

A milestone moment for hundreds of students took place as Texas Southmost College (TSC) held a trio of Spring Commencement ceremonies on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the Jacob Brown Auditorium.
A total of 816 graduates walked the stage to receive their diplomas and certificates in front of their proud families and loved ones. Among the hundreds of graduates were dual-credit students from 18 local high schools, earning their college credentials before even finishing high school.

Texas Southmost College now offers a newly created Associate of Arts in Music degree, giving students a strong foundation in music theory, performance, and education. This program opens pathways to careers in music or transfer opportunities to four-year universities.

Hosted by the Division of Arts and Sciences, a ceremony held at the SET-B Lecture Hall officially inducted a total of 31 students into the society, with four students present to take part in the ceremony itself.
