Festivities were in full-swing at Texas Southmost College for Charro Fest on Thursday, February 27, 2025. TSC students, staff, faculty and more assembled in the courtyard between North and South Halls, many dressed in the traditional garments befitting of the longstanding cultural celebration known as Charro Days.
