The Office of Student Life will host “Breakfast with the President.” Students from our ITEC Center will have the opportunity to meet and greet the Texas Southmost College President. ITECC students can share further insight on various career & technical programs as well as various health professions. 

We will focus on mental health awareness and promote activities to help improve your emotional wellness.

Career and Employment staff will be providing students tips on how to prepare for an interview. Students will receive feedback on their interview skills.

The Recreation Center will be offering Bootcamp classes for current REC members. Bootcamp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Beginners are welcome. 

The Recreation Center will be offering Ritmos Latinos Dance Class for current REC members. Ritmos Latinos is a dancing class that incorporates salsa, merengue, bachata, and other latin dances. Beginners are welcome. 

The Office of Student Life will host “Pizza with the President.” Students will meet the Texas Southmost College President and share their experiences and challenges. Pizza will be provided for all participants. 

Students will develop and enhance their leadership & interpersonal skills by participating in a series of seminars and workshops.
