Faculty Spotlight: Blanca Lozano
Whether itâs volunteering at a community organization or teaching her computer information systems students at Texas Southmost College, serving others has been Blanca Lozanoâs life-long mission.
âIâm here because of the mission that we have and the goals that have been set for us,â said Lozano, who started at TSC in 1984. âIt goes with my personal mission and what I want to do.â

Being a single father and going to school full-time isn’t easy, but Texas Southmost College second-year sonography student Patrick Auditore is starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
âItâs been rough,â Auditore said. âYou dedicate 60-70 hours a week to this program.
