We will be hosting a health and wellness fair with various community organizations to give out information about healthy eating habits, wellness screenings, mental health, and physical health information. We will also offer free wellness services to the TSC community.    

The Recreation Center will be offering Bootcamp classes for current REC members. Bootcamp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight exercises
