We will focus on bringing awareness to the importance of mental health and promote activities to help improve your emotional wellness. We will collaborate with our counseling department and community partners to provide resources for our students, staff, and faculty.
The Recreation Center will be offering Ritmos Latinos Dance Class for current REC members. Ritmos Latinos is a dancing class that incorporates salsa, merengue, bachata, and other latin dances. Beginners are welcome.

The Recreation Center will be offering Bootcamp classes for current REC members. Bootcamp is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Beginners are welcome.
