Course Description
- This course provides an overview of orbital tube welding in various industries. Special emphasis is placed on the disciplines of orbital tube welding, including cutting, facing and development of weld procedures.
Students will
- The student will acquire an understanding of fittings, tubing, and tungsten used in the orbital welding process.
- Use proper hand, measuring, and layout tools, to fabricate welded projects.
- Demonstrate welding skills sufficient to meet industry certified welder standards.
- Receive a Certificate of Completion
