United We Step Challenge: Join our 15-week virtual step challenge! Complete 6,000 steps per day for 15 weeks to reach the step challenge goal. Submit a screenshot of your steps every Monday to record your steps. Open for TSC faculty, staff, and students.
Commit To Be Fit: We will ask our TSC community to stay committed to fitness throughout the Fall by checking in via our online form. Must obtain 50 visits to win grand prize of t-shirt.
Mindful Monday: We will focus on mental health awareness and promote activities to help improve your emotional wellness.
Wellness Wednesday: We will be administering wellness checks for the TSC and UTRGV community. We will check your blood pressure, body mass index, and body fat percentage.
