Mindful Monday – We will focus on mental health awareness and promote activities to help improve your emotional wellness.
Wellness Wednesday – We will provide the workout of the day or bring awareness to our wellness numbers such as stress levels, water intake, etc.. We will promote activities as well as workouts to help improve our overall health.
Foodie Friday – We will be showcasing various nutrition tips and offer recipes to the TSC community in order to emphasize the importance of health through proper nutrition.
Commit to Be Fit – We will ask our TSC community to stay committed to fitness throughout the Fall by checking in via our online form. Must obtain 50 visits to win grand prize of t-shirt.
