Texas Southmost College Launches New Academic Programs in Music, Allied Health, and Structural Welding

Texas Southmost College has launched a new Associate of Science in Allied Health Education degree, designed to prepare students for transfer into nursing and other healthcare programs. The curriculum combines science fundamentals with healthcare-focused courses to build a solid foundation for future medical professionals. In this picture, Texas Southmost College drills through a multidisciplinary medical emergency simulation on April 24, 2024 that engaged students from all Health Professions programs.
Texas Southmost College now offers the Structural Welding Certificate Level Two, a hands-on program that equips students with advanced welding techniques and fabrication skills. Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions in welding, manufacturing, and industrial fabrication.
