Texas Southmost College (TSC) is excited to announce its upcoming week-long summer camps for high school-aged students! These camps offer a fantastic opportunity for young minds to dive into hands-on learning experiences in various technical fields. The camps will run from July 10 to July 12 and July 15 to July 19, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

What You’ll Learn:
Participants will engage in a series of workshops designed to spark their interest in technology and trades. Here’s a glimpse of what students can expect:
3D Printing Process:
Students will be guided through the entire 3D printing process, from model design to the final print. They will learn to create digital models and see their designs come to life using state-of-the-art 3D printers.
Plumbing Systems:
Hands-on activities will teach students how to assemble and install plumbing systems. Using specialized tools, they’ll gain practical knowledge in plumbing installation and maintenance.
Electrical Components:
Participants will explore the world of electrical systems. They will learn how to install wiring, circuit breakers, panels, switches, and other essential electrical components, ensuring a solid understanding of electrical systems’ fundamentals.
Small Engine Mechanics:
Students will delve into the basic principles of small engines, including disassembly, repair, and reassembly of gasoline-powered engines. This workshop will equip them with valuable skills in engine mechanics.
