The purpose of the Curriculum and Assessment Department, housed in the Vice President of Instructional division, is to manage and assess a dynamic and rigorous curriculum aligned to the standards set forth by SACSCOC and THECB. Coupled with research-based best practices for formative and summative assessments, academic rigor, and high-quality instruction and professional development, the department’s goal is to improve student learning experiences and faculty curriculum and assessment resources at TSC.
