Selection Timeline

The week of November 4th, the Associate Vice President of Student Services will convene a Selection Committee to review the student submissions and select a pool of candidates for personal interviews. The selection committee will include the Associate Vice President of Student Services and each of the Academic Deans.

Following personal interviews, the Selection Committee will forward the top 4 candidates to the President for a second interview. Following this second interview the President, in consultation with the selection committee, will determine the final two candidates.

Candidate applications will be forwarded to the THECB no later than November 22, 2013.

By February 1, 2014, the THECB will appoint student representatives to advisory committees. Students will serve two-year terms beginning June 1st and ending May 31st.
