When can I see my courses?
Upon registering for courses you will automatically be granted access to log in Canvas and see your dashboard. Students will have access to course content until 12:01 a.m. on the prior business day of the first class day.
I can see my courses, why can’t I access my course content?
Course content may not be visible until professor has granted student access and has â€˜PUBLISHED’ the course material to be available. Please contact your instructor for further instructions.
*NOTE: If you are taking any Online Courses, you are required to take a Canvas Orientation course. Visit the link to clear your orientation modules.
I still Can’t Log in?
You may not have the correct login information. Please confirm your username and password once again and ensure to login with the same credentials as; TSC Online, Webmail and the Password Utility site.

Is your caps lock or number lock on?
This may seem like a silly question, but it is easy to click the caps lock or number lock and not know it. Usernames and passwords are sensitive to lower and upper case letters, so it is important to type them carefully. Usernames must be input in lowercase letters for successful login.
Did you receive an email your password will expire in 14 days? Student passwords expire every 120 days and an email notification countdown is sent to you daily until password is updated. It is crucial students promptly change their passwords via our Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) site listed on the email or visit http://www.tsc.edu/sspr to avoid lockouts and limitations to student access.
*You must be enrolled with SSPR prior to resetting your password.*
- The minimum password length is 8 characters,
- At least one UPPERCASE letter,
- At least one lowercase letter,
- At least one number,
- Do not use previously used passwords,
- Do not use any part of your name or Student ID number.
How Do I Access Canvas 24/7 Support?
TSC has partnered with Canvas to provide 24/7/365 Tier1 Canvas support for all TSC students
Students & Faculty can access this 24/7/365 support through the Student Resources menu in
the lower left corner of the TSC Canvas dashboard. This Canvas support allows for
uninterrupted tech support for all students & faculty when the on campus Help Desk is closed.
There are two choices for reaching 24/7/365 support, phone or chat.
(The chat option will provide you with the option to have your completed chat session emailed
to you in digest form for future reference.)
