The Purchasing Department is committed to offering Excellence in Service by continuously Adding Value and Efficiency to each Practice and Procedure to procure High-Quality Goods and Services at the Best Valuable Cost that meets College department needs.
The Purchasing Department shall become a full-service unit providing timely and functional delivery of products and services to TSC, its faculty, staff, and students, and focusing on the development of procedures that are aligned and designed to meet the strategic priorities of the College’s vision.
The Purchasing Department has adopted ethic laws and professional standards from the State of Texas Procurement and Contract Management Manual regulated by the Texas Government Code §572.001. View Purchasing Code of Ethics
