Browser Settings

Enable Cookies
You must accept browser cookies to access your online course. We use cookies to handle your user ID and password information whenever you login to the site. Cookies are temporarily written to your computer's memory (RAM). Only if you choose to "save" your user ID and password on the login screen will cookies be written to your hard drive.

We are aware that privacy is a major concern for students. We use cookies to ensure the privacy of your account when you enter secure parts of our site. Cookies allow you to login, participate in classes, and chat.
If you do not feel comfortable leaving your cookies enabled when you visit other Web sites, you may disable them when you log out of your course. However, you must remember to enable them when you access your course the next time, or you will receive an access error message.

Delete Browser cache, cookies, browsing history
It is important that cache, cookies and browsing history be deleted on a regular basis to ensure the most up to date site is being used and allows page to load properly.

Internet Explorer

  • Click on the Settings icon at the top right.
  • Select Internet Options.
  • Under Browsing history section, select ‘Delete’.
  • Ensure Temporary Internet files, Cookies and website data, History and Download History are selected. Click ‘Delete’

  • Click on the Hub icon at the top right.
  • Select History
  • Click on Clear all history.
  • Select Cookies, saved website data and cached data
  • Select Clear.

Chrome

  • Click the Tools area at the top right.
  • Select Settings
  • Click on ‘Show advanced settings’ hyperlink
  • Under the Privacy section, select Clear browsing data
  • In the dropdown menu select ‘from beginning of time’.
  • Ensure to select Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site and plugin data, and cached images and files. 
  • Click Clear browsing data

  • Click on Settings menu at the top right.
  • Select Options.
  • Select Advanced, then click on the Network tab.
  • Under Cached Web section, select Clear Now.

  • Click on the Safari icon at the top left
  • Click Clear History
  • Clear browsing data for the desired time.
  • Select Clear History.
